Tractor and engine show on the grounds. Vendors will be selling their wares around the barn. Oct 8    Thomas Sisters Concert & Tea

Concert in Memory of Margaret & Martha ThomasA family–friendly concert featuring John Good, Welshman of Arizona will be held on Saturday October 8 at 2 p.m.at Wymore Community Center, 115 West E St., Wymore. 
John brings a spirit of joy and many instruments—flute, guitar, pennywhistle, bagpipes and even a cow’s horn “horn”—to his performances across the country. 

This concert is presented in memory of Margaret and Martha Thomas, beloved Wymore natives. During their lifetime, and beyond, the Margaret and Martha Thomas Foundation has benefitted many institutions, including the Great Plains Welsh Heritage Project, sponsor of this event. 

Tributes to Margaret and Martha Thomas will be delivered midway through the concert. 

After the concert, we will go next door to the Welsh Heritage Centre for a Tea Party. 

Concert and Tea Party are free and open to all. 

Please join us in honoring the memory of Margaret and Martha Thomas as we enjoy a delightful concert of Welsh music.

Oktoberfest will be held on October 8, 2016 in Chautauqua Park at the Tabernacle.  Oktoberfest provides the opportunity to sample and learn about a variety of craft beers.  The event features German inspired food, Masskugstemmen Stein Holding Contest, as well as polka & live music.

VIP Admission:
VIP Admission will be from 4-6 P.M. and will include 1 flight (4 Beers), additional flights $5.00, 2 drink tickets, a commemorative mug & admission.  Advance VIP tickets cost $40, advance ticket sales end September 30th.  Get them early to save!  At the gate VIP tickets cost $45.  NO REFUNDS on event tickets.
Additional drink tickets will be $5 each. Music during beer tasting will be provided.
Standard Admission:
Standard admission gates are open from 4 pm to 11 pm.  Admission is $20 before 9 pm.  Drink tickets are $5 each. Commemorative mugs are $15 plus 1 drink ticket (Only available while supplies last).  To ensure you receive a commemorative mug, VIP ticket purchases are suggested.
Under 21 Attendees
NO ONE UNDER 18 is allowed to attend the event.  Anyone attending the event between the age of 18 and 20 will be identified with a special UNDER 21 wristband and mark on hand.
 
After 9:00 PM admission is $15.
