We're seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor/Lot Porter to be the primary point of contact for our clients. You'll build relationships, accurately identify service needs, explain repairs, and ensure a smooth service experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns.
-Clearly explain recommended services and pricing.
-Prepare detailed repair orders.
-Coordinate with technicians and update customers on progress.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred but not a must.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Basic understanding of automotive systems.
-Basic proficiency with computer software.
-Clean and valid driver's license.
