We are seeking a front desk coordinator. This person serves as the first point of contact in our office who is responsible for patient communication, scheduling, check in/out, financial coordination, and creating an energetic, healthy, healing, welcoming patient experience while supporting efficient clinic flow.
This role combines customer service, organization, communication, and multi-tasking to help maintain smooth daily operations in a high volume clinical environment. Our mission is to help people heal naturally while having fun each and every day!
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking patients in/out
Managing appointment schedule
Answering phones, texts, and patient questions throughout the day
Coordinating financial arrangements and payments
Assisting with insurance and documentation workflows
Supporting patient education and office communication
Maintaining accurate records and daily office organization
Helping manage clinic flow between the doctor and rehab and patients
