Key Responsibilities
- Complete intakes, documentation, and case notes in a timely manner.
- Support families in-home with crisis management, goal-setting, and skill development.
- Guide and teach parents in improving family and child well-being.
- Advocate for families, ensuring physical, emotional, and safety needs are met.
- Supervise and ensure safety during parent/child visitations.
- Provide transportation for children when needed.
- Connect families with community resources.
- Participate in team meetings with NDHHS, Probation, and service providers.
- Conduct drug screenings (oral, urine, sweat patch, breathalyzer).

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Early Childhood Development, or related field). Students within two semesters of graduation may also apply.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Requirements:
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid driver’s license (good record, reliable transportation).
- Ability to transport clients and maintain agency vehicles.
- Commitment to confidentiality and family-centered practice.
