Pinnacle Bancorp is a family-owned bank holding company that traces its history back to 1938 in Palmer, Nebraska. A group of businessmen and farmers, including George Dinsdale, felt that their town needed a bank. They received approval and opened the State Bank of Palmer, the forerunner of our current $5.11 billion Dinsdale family banking organization.

The crucial element of our success is that we have been doing what we love since 1938. We are devoted to our customers in a down-to-earth, person-to-person way of banking.
