DESCRIPTION:Bell Choir to Perform at\n\nWinter Festival of Prairie Cultures at Homestead National Monument of America\n\n \n\nThe Bells of Holy Trinity will perform at Homestead National Monument of America at the Education Center on Sunday\, December 7\, 2014 at 2 p.m.  This handbell choir comes from Lincoln\, Nebraska.\n\n \n\nThe Bells of Holy Trinity are celebrating their 30th Anniversary this year\, with nine of the ringers playing together for at least 24 years.  They are from Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Lincoln\, and the director is Nancy Youngman.  They have appeared in the Star City Parade\, played for the State Tree Lighting Ceremony at the State Capitol several years\, been a featured choir at handbell festivals\, and they present programs throughout the community\, in addition to providing music for the church services.\n\n \n\n"We hope you will include the monument in your Holiday plans and enjoy this unique tradition from the English culture"\, stated Superintendent Mark Engler.\n\n \n\nThe Winter Festival of Prairie Cultures exhibits will be on display in both the Education and Heritage Centers from November 28-December 31\, 2014.
