The bird walk will start at 10 a.m. at the Education Center\; cookies and coffee will be available starting at 9:30 a.m.\n\n \n\n "This event will be a great way for you to get out of the house and burn off some of the extra goodies that were consumed over holidays and learn about the birds that call Homestead home during the winter months\,' stated Park Superintendent Mark Engler.  Dress warm and bring your favorite binoculars.\n\nRemember Homestead National Monument of America has an exciting schedule of events planned for 2015.
