DESCRIPTION:Help Homestead National Monument of America collect native seed and discover the amazing diversity of the tallgrass prairie at 1 pm on Saturday\, November 15.  Everyone is asked to meet at the Educational center for a short orientation to learn about the species that will be collected\, and then move out on to the prairie to help harvest seed.  \n\n\n\nPlease call the monument at 402-223-3514 the day of the event if it is rainy or snowing to see if the event has been cancelled.\n\n\n\nwww.nps.gov/home
