Lower Blue NRD, Beatrice Optimist club, Swan 5 Advisory Council & Big Indian Archers host the
8th Annual FIshing and Casting Derby.
This day is also Nebrasks Game & Parks statewide free fishing day.
The free family fishing day includes a youth fishing derby, casting contest, hands-on archery demonstration, boat ride safety and electrofishing boat and fish sampling.
Free hot dog lunch.
