University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension is offering several lawn and garden programs this spring that are open to the public and part of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension Master Gardener training program.
How are adapted and native plants best used under variable landscape conditions? What can we expect of them in non-native landscapes? Participants will learn about the growing requirements of adaped and native plants. Preferred site conditions, management considerations, landscape roles and benefits will be discussed for a wide variety of woody and herbaceous plants.
