All ladies are invited to a special Country Fair event - a silent auction of donated food and craft items. ''Turning Obstacles Into Opportunities'' will be presented by guest speaker and musician, Billie Cash. Billie is a southern lady of many talents. Her communications skills led her to successful ventures in radio, TV, fashion, commentating, and teaching. Billie has also authored three books.
