Celebrate Wildflower Week by joining Homestead National Monument of America's Natural Resource Specialist Jess Bolli Sunday, June 5 for a 2 pm exploration of the monument's wildflowers.
The program will begin at the monument's Education Center. The first 20 participants will receive a small plant press to preserve their memories of the wildflowers encountered during their visit to Homestead.
The event is part of Nebraska's Wildflower Week Celebration, a week proclaimed by Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman.
