Spotlight on Silent Movie Star Harold Lloyd

Join us in honoring Silent Film Star Harold Lloyd with Speakers- Author, Scott Eyman and Silent Film Accompanist-Historian Ben Model. Events start at the Beatrice Public Library on Friday March 1st at 6 pm with a reception for our speakers. More info TBA. Saturday morning, March 2nd, we will be visiting the Harold Lloyd house in Burchard, then lunch (on your own) with a Q and A session moderated by Omaha Film Historian Bruce Crawford at Valentino's in Beatrice with guests Scott Eyman and Ben Model. Starting at 1:30, at Beatrice Community Players Theatre, join us for the screening of "Kid Brother" 1927 with live music by Ben Model. Author Scott Eyman will be speaking on Harold Lloyd and Silent Films. Sunday March 3rd at the Beatrice Public Library events starting at 1:30 pm. More detail coming soon.
