Ever wonder what it takes to actually put on a show? How about what a set looks like from the actor's side of the stage? Ever thought about getting involved with Community Players, but just didn't know how?
The answers to all this and more are just waiting for you at C...ommunity Players' 2012 Volunteer Drive Event, Saturday, March 10. Things start at 1 p.m. and go until 4 p.m.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO COME AT THE BEGINNING OR STAY UNTIL 4:00. This event is designed to allow you to mingle with various stations around the theatre and learn what it takes to put on a show and how you can get involved.
IT'S KIND OF LIKE SPEED DATING FOR VOLUNTEERS!
Get your card stamped at each station and you can win fabulous prizes (well maybe not fabulous, but prizes at least). There's no obligation to volunteer, but we know once you hear about the fun we have a CP, you'll be chomping at the bit to be involved!
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: At 2:00 we'll be making a special announcement about youth and educational programs at the theatre. Be the first to hear this exciting news!
