We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused candidate to manage and facilitate all the front desk duties to join our team. This position requires many more skills than a gtypical receptionist, interactive patient care, and management of care plans are a vital role for this position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our front desk, providing exceptional patient support,who has excellent organizational and administrative skills, and will ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all who enter our office.

Duties
- Maintaining patient care plans, schedules, and payments.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and coordinating with team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and welcoming environment.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and scheduling systems.
- Oversee the front desk and reception area, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Communicate with the doctor and other team members when there are changes to a patients care plan, as well as any updated patient needs during their care.
- Coordinate all communication with patients.
- Demonstrate organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Process patient payments and insurance claims
- Assist with event planning and coordination for special promotions or community outreach programsSkills
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other Microsoft Office applications, as well as and the ability to learn new systems and software.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Pay: $17.50 - $18.75 per hour
Expected hours: 37-38 hours per week
