Role Description
- Performs tasks involving physical labor at commercial construction sites.
- Utilizes company delivery vehicles safely to and from multiple sites
- Operates a variety of hand and power tools.
- Cleans and prepares various types of sites,
- Experience in trenchwork is preferred. But not required
- Assists craft workers as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and/or written instructions
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 65 lbs independently, push/pull up to 100 lbs, and team lift up to 100 lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Proven track record of safety leadership, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Must be able to work in extreme climates in both Summer/Winter weather year-round
- Candidates must have reliable means of transportation to and from work daily for consistent timeliness and attendance
