Role Description
- A good overall background and exposure in three or more or more the following trades:
- Metal Panel
- Trims
- Insulation
- Carpentry
- Dry wall
- Painting
- Performs tasks involving physical labor at commercial construction sites.
- Operates a variety of hand and power tools in addition to lifts, telehandler, skid steer
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and/or written instructions
- Must be able to push, pull, carry heavy objects and perform other tasks as assigned.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
- Proven track record of safety leadership, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Candidates must have reliable means of transportation to and from work daily for consistent timeliness and attendance
- Must be able to work in extreme climates in both Summer/Winter weather
